How do I get a job in whistler for my gap year?

Im taking a gap year and want to work at a ski resort this winter, where do I go to apply for a job at whistler? also another question… Are there jobs for gap year in places such as germany or sweden? are they available for non EU residents that dont speak swedish or german?
